Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition as it was delivered, including the original packaging.

To find an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email at info@annabellevintage.com. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return. We will then send you instructions on how to return the product. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

Make sure you return the item carefully packaged for return. Use the original packaging to prevent damage to the item during return shipment. Any damage caused by improperly packaged products during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is damaged upon arrival, please report this within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide a clear description of the damage along with photos of the product and packaging. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

Please note: Items damaged after receipt or during use cannot be returned.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery or during use.

Once we receive the returned items in good condition (as you received them), you will receive a full refund. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return. You can also choose to use that same purchase amount for another item in the shop.
